Only the audio of this song is available and so it is difficult to say how and on whom this song is picturised. But it is clear from the lyrics that a mother first tries to put her child to song and then proceeds to sing about the child playing various kinds of game. That way this song is a lullaby song as well as a mother child genre of song. The song appears to be along the lines of “Chanda Mama Door ke” and “Chal mere ghode tik tik tik” that came subsequently and became household songs in many Indian households.

But it is clear to me that this song is a wonderful addition to the list of songs of its genre.
