“Shiv Bhakt” (1955) was an A V M production movie. It was directed by H L M Sinha. The movie had Shahu Modak, Ragini, Misra, Padmini, Pandhari Bhai, Anant Kumar, Gope etc in it.
Two songs from this movie has been discussed in the past. Here is another song from the movie. This song is sung by Rafi and Asha Bhonsle. Gopal Singh Nepali is the lyricist. Music is composed by Chitragupta.
Rafi’s portion of the song remonstrates with the Almighty, while Asha Bhonsle’s portion of the song is a gentle entreaty.
