“Insaaf” (1946), by now a forgotten movie, was directed by Phani Majumdar. If imdb is to be believed then David was the main and only actor in this movie. 🙂 I have since discovered that the movie had Swarnlata and Navin Yagnik too, who were apparently the lead pair in the movie.
Here is a rare song from this obscure movie. It is sung by Rajkumari. D N Madhok is the lyricist. Music is composed by Hari Prasanna Das.
I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the movie as well as on the picturisation of this song.
