“Baghdad Ki Raaten” (1962) was directed by Nanabhai Bhatt for Manoj Production. The movie had Mahipal, Shakila, Bhagwan, Ishwarlal, Ratnamala, Neeru, Leela Mishra etc in it.
Here is a rare song from this obscure movie. This song is sung by Geeta Dutt and chorus. Prem Dhawan is the lyricist. Music is composed by Dilip Dholakiya.

He gave music in Teen Ustad-1961; Private Secretary-1962; Saugandh-1961. Very few MDs get chance. Atleast he was MD in 4 movies. Avinash Vyas was very prolific MD in Hindi films also.

Thanks for a rare song. Unfortunately, composer D. Dilip Could not get much scope in Hindi films! He is mostly remembered for the famous Gujarati song, sung by him in Gujarati film ‘Diva Dandi’- ‘Taari Aankhno Afini…’ ‘It was nice to listen to his unheard composition.
