Dear Atulji
Thanks for covering this beautiful Madan Mohan bhajan sung by manna Dey and lip synced by Bhagwan Sinha who I can recall had a full villains role in House No 44. I can also recall his cameo in Sholay.
what is the magic in these songs . A film released in 1959 and songs are still remembered and enjoyed even today even when film was of no consequence.Due to mainly great music directors, singers and song writers.
These songs will remain fresh and enjoyable for may be ever.I don’t think our sings of fifties can ever be forgotten.
I must thank Atulji and team for this platform to promote good music. I for one also got interested in old songs through articles. of Mr Raju Bhartan. in Filmfare,
Also thanks for putting readers challenging questions.

I am guessing the actor lip syncing for the song may be
“BHAGWAN SINHA”, just a fertile imagination. Please correct me, If I am wrong.

This is one of those songs where one would tend to ask how that this song was not yet covered!.
This is not only a bhajan but also a motivational song.
Manna Dey has been shown as MD below the video clip, obviously by oversight. Please correct it to Madan Mohan.
