Today (6 february 2015) is the 100th birth anniversary of Kavi Pradeep (6 february 1915-11 december 1998). We are taking this opportunity to discuss a few songs of Kavi Pradeep.
Here is a song from “Baap Beti”(1954). This movie was directed by Bimal Roy for Munshi Productions. The movie had Ranjan, Nalini Jaywant, Baby Sarita, Dolly Baby, Tabassum, Sunalini Devi, Nazir Hussain, Asha Parekh etc in it.
This inspirational song is sung by Lata and chorus. Kavi Pradeep is the lyricist. Music is composed by Roshan.
