“Bhakt Ke Bhagwaan”(1947), a forgotten movie by now, was directed by V M Vyas for Sunrise Pictures, Bombay. The movie had Ratnamala, Umakant, Rani Premlata, Bhaktraj Shankar Das, Natwarlal Chauhan, Mehar Sultana, Shantabai, Radha,, Saguna, Tara, Chandrika, Master Dhulia, Babu Raje, Shyam, Haridas etc in it.
This movie had eight songs in it that were just as obscure as the movie itself.
Here is the first song from “Bhakt Ke Bhagwan”(1947) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Rajkumari. HFGK mentions Kavi Manswi Prantijwala as the lyricist for all songs except two, whereas the uploader of this song mentions Dewan Sharar as the lyricist. Music is composed by Chhanalal Thakur.

From the lyrics, it is clear that the song is a bidaai song where the just married bride is offered some important advice to her about how to conduct herself in her sasuraal.
