“Baazigar”(1959) was produced by Ram Dayal and directed by Nanabhai Bhatt for Mukul Pictures, Bombay. The movie had Nirupa Roy, Jairaj, Tiwari, Romi, Nazi, Helen, Mridula, Rana, Samson, Rajan Kapoor, Jagdish Kamal, Poonam Kapoor, Bimla, Jeewankala, Rafiq, Hanuman, Balaram, Narayan, Shafi, Dhondhu, Bihari, Vitthal, Sundar, Shammi, Majnu, Tiger (the dog), Mushtaq (the horse) etc in it.
This forgotten movie had six songs in it.
One song from the movie has been discussed in the past. Here is the second song from the movie to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Geeta Dutt and chorus. Prem Dhawan is the lyricist. Music is composed by Chitragupta.
