“Apna Ghar Apni Kahaani”(1968) also titled “Pyaas”(1968) was produced by Rajnath Kochhar and directed by Phani Majumdar for Rachna Films, Bombay. The movie had Sudhir, Mumtaz, Madhumati, Shekher, Bina Rai, Bela Bose, Brahm Bhardwaj, David Abraham, Kesto Mukherjee, Keshav Rana, Baby Farida, Shivajibhai, Pradip Das Gupta, Anil etc in it.
The movie had six songs in it. Five songs have been covered so far.

Though an obscure movie with obscure songs, the songs of this movie are available. In case of three our of six songs, even videos are available.
Here is the sixth and final song from the movie to appear in the blog. This song is the most obscure song of the movie. It is sung by Suman Kalyanpur. Qamar Jalalabadi is the lyricist. Music is composed by N Datta.
Only audio of the song is available. From the sounds of it, the song appears to be a mother-child song. Guessing from the videos of other songs as well as the poor quality video of the movie available online (where this song is not available), my guess is that the song is picturised on Mumtaz. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of the song.
I haave not been able to get a few words right in the lyrics. I request our readers with keener ears to help fill in the blanks in the lyrics.
