“Tarang”(1952) was produced by Basudev Sinha and directed by I C Kapoor for Solar Films, Bombay. The movie had Munawar Sultana, Ajeet, Jeevan, Manorama, Baby Rehana, Master Raja, Manju, Lalita, Bhagwan Ji, Niranjan Sharma etc in it.
The movie had ten songs in it. Nine songs from the movie have been covered in the past.

From the table, we notice that seven songs out of 10 were covered by 2019 and then there was a gap of five years for the next two songs to appear in the blog. The reason was that the balance three songs were rare songs and they were not available online when the seventh song was covered in the blog.
Recently, when I searched again, I was able to locate the remaining three songs. These songs have become available, but they continue to be obscure and one cannot locate them unless one specifically looks for these songs.
Here is the tenth and final song from “Tarang”(1952) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Chitragupta. I C Kapoor is the lyricist. Music is composed by Chitragupta.
It is interesting to notice that Chitragupta, normally known as a music director, who rarely sang, has sung as many as five songs in this movie. Four of them were with other singers. But this final song from the movie is a solo song sung by Chitrgupta ! It is a nice song to listen to !
Only audio of the song is available. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of this song.
