“Paanch Dushman”(1973) also called “Daulat Ke Dushman”(1987) was directed by Vimal Rawal for M G Productions, Bombay. The movie had Manu Narang (new discovery), Raajee (new discovery), Pran, Shatrughan Sinha, Manmohan, Vinod Khanna, Prem Chopra, Nazeer Hussain, Mukri, Mohan Choti, Durga Khote, Jagdish Raj, Sundar, Sujata, Brahmchari, Agha, Helen, Aruna Irani, Mehmood etc in it.
The male lead, Manu Narang was infamous as a Matka King ( it is a kind of gambling which is banned in India). This is what I have heard since the early 70s.

“Jo Bhi Hua Hai” is sung by Kishore Kumar, written by Majrooh Sultanpuri and composed by Rahul Dev Burman.
I couldn’t find the video clip of this song, so here’s the audio clip. It seems that this is a ched-chad song.
Editor’s note:-This “sulking appeasing” song is picturised on the lead pair of Manu Narang and Raajee.
It was Ratan Khatri who was infamous as Matka king. Manu Narang was infamous for other nefarious activities, viz smuggling.
