“Boyfriend” (1961) was an N S Films Production. It was produced and directed by N S Viz Naresh Saigal. The movie had Shammi Kapoor, Madhubala, Achla Sachdev, Nishi, Maruti, Amirbai Karnataki, Dharmendra, Sudesh Kumar, Dhumal etc in it.

This is a comedy song from “Boyfriend”, a Shammi Kapoor starrer. Shammi Kapoor dresses up like a Sikh gentleman and I must say that the disguise is in a different league than the usual Bollywood movie disguise where the hero, whether the disguise hero often looks indistinguishable from his undisguised self.

I have posted quite a few lullabies. They are typically sung by females for small kids. But trust Shammi Kapoor to sing a lullaby for his girlfriend ! Yes, this is what he does in this movie called “Boyfriend”.
