I have posted a song from “Waapas” (1943) in the past. Here is another song from this movie. The audio quality of this song is quite decent considering that it is nearly 70 years old. The song is a duet which is sung by Asit Baran and Indrani Roy and it is picturised on them too.

Ham coachwaan ham coachwaan ham coachwaan pyaare

While looking for songs of “Waapas” (1969), I came across the songs of another movie made 26 years earlier, viz “Waapas” (1943). Those were the days when the recording technology was primitive and the actors sang their own songs. The singing techniques and styles were vastly different too.
