Prem ke pujaari ham hain

I have mentioned that S D Burman, the music director tended to sing a song in his movies. Typically these songs used to be a philosophical/ introductory song played at the beginning of the movie with the credits and the spectators still rolling in.
This song from Prem Pujari is one such song. This is a philosophical song, introductory song, as well as the title song of the movie. And like all S D Burman songs, this nicely sets the ball rolling for the movie to proceed further.

S D Burman’s songs had an appeal and charm that is difficult to put in words.

I like this SD song a lot.
Good song, reasonably good movie, exceptional songs.
