The movie is called “Daulat” and this song is an archtypical villain’s den song. Hero and heroine are in “disguise” of sorts and the lady keeps gesturing to the hero during her singing. I do not know how successful she is in communicating that way. The villain and his gangsters appear smarter than usual, and they have taken up positions as waiters in the club where this song is being sung.

Such songs are usually the preserve of Asha Bhonsle, but this particular song has been sung by Lata. And Lata has sung this song as competently as Asha Bhonsle was known to sing such songs.
