I have posted a Lata-Madan Mohan classic from “Adalat” already. While doing so I had mentioned that there were more such songs in the movie.
So here is another Lata-Madan Mohan classic from the same movie.
This was one of the few Madan Mohan movies which had leading actors of the day acting in it. Pradeep Kumar, Nargis and Pran were the actors in this movie. Nargis played the central character in the movie and naturally she gets to sing many songs in this movie. And these songs are remembered to this day. There have been more movies with the same name subsequently, but this ‘Adalat” is the one to look forward to, if one wants to enjoy some evergreen classy music. And the lyrics by Rajinder Krishan are so nice too.
This song is a semi classical song, and it is based on Raag Malgunji.
