In Indian culture, a man coming hard on an an unwilling woman is looked down upon and it is called “teasing”. But if a woman does it to an unwilling man, it is called “seduction”. 😉 Of course, Bollywood movies regard both these activities as desirable and as such we have had many “teasing” as well as “seductive” songs in Bollywood movies.
Here is a “seduction” song from “Loafer” (1973). Here Mumtaz sings and dances seductively for the benefit of Dharmendra who is not interested. The lyrics of Anand Bakshi do not beat about the bush much and reveal the intentions of the lady in no uncertain terms. And Laxmikant Pyarelal come up with their usual lilting music.
It is yet another memorable song out of so many such wonderful songs that this movie contained.
