“Shagoon”(1964) is not a movie too many will remember. But this movie certainly had some nice songs in it. And other interesting trivia from this movie is that this movie had Kanwaljit and Waheeda Rehman in lead roles, and they subsequently married each other.
Here is one of the lesser known songs from this song. This song is a very rare song too. It is one of the last few movie songs sung by Talat Mehmood. And here he sings with Mubarak Begam. It is a very rare combination since Mubarak Begam herself sang very few songs.
Sahir Ludhianvi is the lyricist and Khayyam composed the music.
The video of this song is not available, but that does not detract anything from this song.
