Ek jhoothi si tasalli wo mujhe de ke chale

“Sheesham” (1952) is one of the earliest movies for which Roshan composed music. I have posted an interesting comedy song from this movie that was sung by Kishore Kumar. Here is another song from this movie. This song is sung by Mukesh and it is a sentimental song by contrast.
Zia Sarhadi is the lyricist of this song. I have no idea about the actor on whom this song is picturised. But I guess Nasir (same as Nasir Khan, brother of Dilip Kumar I think) was the actor.
This song bears the hallmark of most Mukesh sentimental songs.
Song-Ek jhoothi si tasalli wo mujhe de ke chale (Sheesham) (1952) Singer-Mukesh, Lyrics-Zia Sarhadi, MD-Roshan
Lyrics
ek jhoothi si tasalli wo mujhe de ke chale
meraa dil le ke chale
ek jhoothi si tasalli wo mujhe de ke chale
meraa dil le ke chale
tere waadon ke sahaare pe jiye jaayenge ham
sahte jaayenge sitam
tere waadon ke sahaare pe jiye jaayenge ham
sahte jaayenge sitam
sahte jaayenge sitam
raaz ye tere siwaa aur koyi jaan na le
meraa dil le ke chale
ek jhoothi si tasalli
apne beemaar ko wo dekhne aaye the magar
li naa kuchh dil ki khabar
apne beemaar ko wo dekhne aaye the magar
li naa kuchh dil ki khabar
li naa kuchh dil ki khabar
bujh na jaaye ye diyaa yoon ke jalaaye na jale
meraa dil le ke chale
ek jhoothi si tasalli wo mujhe de ke chale
meraa dil le ke chale
