I have discussed as many as five songs from “Picnic” (1966) in the past. All these songs are wonderful to listen to.
Here is another song from this movie. Like in the case of the song Jab mera aanchal dhallega (Picnic) , this song too is a club song and here too the same pair, viz Azra and the unidentified male partner proceed to sing this duet, which is meant to annoy, irritate and in general make Manoj Kumar get really angry with Azra, to whom he is married.
PS-The male partner is Sohan Kapila. He has finally been identified !
This song is sung by Rafi and Asha Bhonsle. Majrooh sultanpuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by S Mohinder.

Indeed it is a great identification of an actor who had managed to remain unidentified for quite some time.

Atul ji,
Based on Zoher Gheewaalaa ji’s identification of the male actor in the song “Payaam-e-Ishq-o-Mohabbat Hamein Pasand Nahin”, the male actor dancing with Azra is Sohan Kapila.
