“Faasle” (1985) was produced and directed by Yash Chopra. This movie had Sunil Dutt, Rekha, Rohan Kapoor, Farha Naaz, Deepti Naval, Faarooque Sheikh, Sushama Seth, Raj Kiran, Javed Khan, Huma Khan, Nikita Shah, Damayanti Puri, Daljeet Kaur, Kanwar Ajeet, Alok Nath, Raj Hans, Shakeel, Rajesh Bhatija etc in it.
One song from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is another song from the movie. This song is sung by Asha Bhonsle. Shahryar is the lyricist. Music is composed by Shiv Hari.
The song was apparently not picturised. I request our knowledgeable raeders to cofirm/ refute this fact.

Prakash ji, many many congratulations !!! and looking forward more ‘musical memories’ to take us ‘down memory lane’ !! Sir, abhi bhi ‘seventies’ ke dher saare gaane post hone baaki hain !!! aur ‘ lost & found’ formula and ‘ham teen bhaaiyon ki kahani’ unke utaar chadhav aur jeewan ke is safar ki kayee ‘geet-sangeet’ bhari yaadon ka jikr abhi baaki hain …. !!!

I believe that most of your lyrics contributions have facilitated the wider dispersal of coverage of songs in the blog, especially of 60s through 80s.

Yes, indeed your first song was the one you have mentioned. I just browsed through your archive. Lekin ye peehle gaane ke baad bahut antar pad gayaa doosre gaane tak (April 10, 2011 – June 28, 2011) Sun man ke meet more prem geet…Mrig Trishna. But, after that you did pick up the speed. 500 songs in just under two years!!! Wow!!! Ye aapka Hindi Songs ke liye jo pyaar hai, wo saabit karta hai. Thank you again for your time. 🙂
