“Tansen” (1943) was directed by Jayant Desai. The movie had K L Saigal, Khursheed, Mubarak, Nagendra, Kamla Chatterji, Bhagwandas, Kesri etc in it. In this movie K L saigal played Tansen, while Khursheed played Tani, his love interest.
The movie is well known for its songs which have gone on to become immortal. As many as eleven songs from this movie have been discussed in the past.
Here is the twelfth song from the movie. It is sung by Khursheed and it is picturised on herself. D N Madhok is the lyricist. Music is composed by Khemchand Prakash.

The meaning of the whole phrase is that
“My troubled sole in CURSING ME for ruining my young age, by being in love with an Un-grateful person”

Thanks for the melodious song, which was a favorite song of my elder brother, who used to often sing it beautifully, and that has became my permanent pleasant childhood memory.
The line not clear Nitin-ji is
‘deve maika gaari’
