“New Delhi” (1956) was a Delux Films Production. It was directed by Mohan Segal. The movie had Kishore Kumar, Vyjyanti mala, Prabhu Dayal, Dhumal, Radhakrishan, Nazir Hussain, Nana Palsikar, Mumtaz Begum, Shivraj, Sheela Kashmiri, Jabeen Jalil, Mirajkar etc in it.

Today (12 september 2013) is the 42nd death anniversary of Jaikishan(4 november 1929- 12 september 1971). On this occasion, here is another song from the movie. This song is a bidaai song. It is sung by Lata and chorus. The picturisation shows Jabeen Jalil decked up as the bride and her sahelis sing this bidaai song. The lady lip syncing in Lata’s voice is Sheila Kashmiri. I managed to identify two actresses from half a century ago. My ability to recognise actresses must be getting better. 🙂

The song-Nakhrewali is in 2 parts,both are posted as one song.(Nakhrewali and Zindagi bahar hai)
Tum sang preet lagai and Bari barsi khatan gaya te are two songs,posted as one song.
So,all 9 songs are posted.
I have once again checked with HFGK. So it is confirmed.
