“Shokhiyaan” (1951) was an Ambitious Pictures production. It was directed by Kidar Sharma. The movie had Premnath, Suraiyya, Nazira, Shanta Kanwar, Jeevan, Kamlesh, Achla Sachdev, Rajendra Vyas, Ramesh Sinha etc in it.
Four songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the fifth song from the movie. This song is sung by Lata, Pramodini Desai and chorus. Kidar Sharma is the lyricist. Music is composed by Jamal Sen.
The song is picturised as a frolicking in water genre of song on several ladies. As is my wont, I am unable to identify them, though they appear familar to me. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify them.
