“Panna” (1944) was directed by Najam Naqvi. The movie had P Jairaj, Geeta Nizami, David Abraham, Kusum Deshpande etc in it.

This song is sung by Rajkumari. Wali Sahab is the lyricist. Music is composed by Amir Ali.
I am unable to identify the actress who lip syncs this song. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify her. My guess is that she is Geeta Nizami.
The song link available on YT is just over two minutes long whereas the actual song was over three minutes long. So lots of words are missing in the YT link. I found a poor quality longer recording of this song, recorded from radio and that helped me note down a few missing words that are not there in the YT link. The longer recording is of too poor a quality to be shared.
