“Amar Kahaani”(1949) was directed by Baij Sharma for Kamal Kunj Chitra Productions. The movie had Jairaj, Suraiya, Mehta, Ranjana etc in it.
Two songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the third song from the movie. This song is sung by Suraiyya. Rajinder Krishan is the lyricist. Music is composed by Husnlal Bhagatram.
Only the audio of this song is available, but it is obvious that the song was picturised on Suraiyya herself.

PS-It turns out that the same song was also used in “Kanchan”(1955). In fact, almost all the movies of “Amar Kahaani”(1955) were used in “Kanchan” (1955). I wonder what was the reason. But it is clear that this caused me considerable inconvenience because I found myself often discussing the same song twice in the blog and later I had to undo the mistake by replacing the duplicated post with a new post.
