“Makkhichoos” (1956) was directed by Ramchandra Thakur for Maya Pictures Production. The movie had Mahipal, Shyama, Gope, Jeevan, Leela Misra, Moti Sagar, Shammi etc in it.
This obscure movie had some superb songs in it. I have discussed two songs from the movie in the past. Here is the third song from the movie. It is sung by Mukesh. The song is sung by Mukesh. It is picturised as a stage song and the song could be considered as a moral science song as well. 🙂
Pt Indra is the lyricist. Music is composed by Vinod.
I am unable to identify the actor playing Sethji in the song. I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify him.

The famous actor is Gope. I don’t think that the song is picturised as a stage song! Gope had played the role of a ‘Makkhichoos’ sheth in the movie, who was at the end, transformed by Mahipal & Shyma.
