“Deewaana” (1952) was produced and directed by A R Kardar. The movie had Suresh, Suraiya, Sumitra Devi, Shyam Kumar, Ramesh, Madan Puri, Banerjee, Amirbai Karnataki, Amir Ali etc in it.

This song is sung by Suraiyya Hridaynath Mangeshkar, who was then a child. Shakeel Badayuni is the lyricist. Music is composed by Naushad.
Only the audio of this song is available and that too appears to be recorded from radio and the quality is not good. But something is better than nothing as far as this rare song is concerned.

If I remember right, there was the same song (at least the ‘mukhada’) sung by Hridaynath Mangeshkar, a child singer then.
