“Resham”(1952) was directed by Lekhraj Bhakri for Jubilee pictures. The movie had Jairaj, Suraiya, Sapru, Naaz, Achla Sachdev, Khurshid, Ramesh Thakur, Jagdish, Sundar etc in it.
Two songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the third song from the movie. This song is a sung by Suraiyya. Prem Dhawan is the lyricist. Music is composed by Hansraj Bahl.
Only the audio of this song is available. From the voice and the star cast, one can sdafely guess that this song is picturised on Suraiyya herself. From the lyrics of the song, one can guess that Suraiyya sings this song in front of an idol of Lord Krishna urging the Lord to see her through her difficult times.
