Song-Wo chali gham ki hawa (Aaj Ki Baat)(1955) Singer-Lata, Lyrics-Hasrat Jaipuri, MD-Snehal Bhatkar
Lyrics (Provided by Nitin Shah)
mohabbat mein kahin do dil hansenge
geet gaayenge magar hum gham ke maare
raat din hum aansoo bahaayenge
wo chali gham ki hawa
aa aa aa aa
mausam badalkar reh gaye
mausam badalkar reh gaye
zindagi ke kaafile
kuchh door chal kar reh gaye
mausam badalkar reh gaye
mausam badalkar reh gaye
humne socha thhaa jalaayenge
naye ghar mein charaagh
ghar mein charaagh
humne socha thhaa jalaayenge
naye ghar mein charaagh
ghar mein charaagh
do sitare aaj palkon par
machalkar reh gaye
zindagi ke kaafile
kuchh door chal kar reh gaye
mausam badalkar reh gaye
mausam badalkar reh gaye
jal uthhi qismat hamaari
chaandni ki aag mein
jal uthhi qismat hamaari
chaandni ki aag mein
phool jo khushiyon ke thhe
sholon mein jalkar reh gaye
zindagi ke kaafile
kuchh door chal kar reh gaye
mausam badalkar reh gaye
mausam badalkar reh gaye

Just an inquiry. In ‘Aakhari Khat’ (* Rajesh Khanna). Leela Chitnis’s son played the role of a police inspector. But his name was given as Manvendra Chitnis! Are both the same?

Golden era of Lataji……Thanks Nitinbhai and Atulji for introducing this movie. I was never aware that Leela Chitnis produced and directed any movie and her son was in the movie. Did she produced/directed more movies?
Thanks
Khyati

Lovely song . Very sweet to hear. Snehal Bhatkar has given very rare Music. But very qualitative.
