“Toofaan”(1954) was directed by Ram Prakash for Starlight Pictures Production. The movie had Sajjan, Munawwar Sultana, Vijaylaxmi, Pran, Pratima Devi, Amarnath, Tiwari etc in it.
Today (14 december 2014) is the 100th birth anniversary of S D Batish (14 december 1914-29 july 2006). Here is a song from “Toofaan”(1954) on this occasion. This song is sung by S D Batish. Gafil Harnalwi is the lyricist. Music is composed by S D Batish himself.
