“Baap Beti”(1954) was directed by Bimal Roy for Munshi Productions. The movie had Ranjan, Nalini Jaywant, Baby Sarita, Dolly Baby, Tabassum, Sunalini Devi, Nazir Hussain, Asha Parekh etc in it.
Today is the 50th death anniversary of Bimal Roy ( 12 july 1909-8 january 1965). Here is a song from “Baap Beti” (1954) as a tribute to the legendary director.
The song is sung by Lata. Pradeep is the lyricist. Music is composed by Roshan.
