“Raag Rang” (1952) was produced under the banner of Bali sisters production and it was produced by Geeta Bali and Sudha Bali. The movie was directed by Digvijay. The movie had Ashok Kumar, Geeta Bali, Ruma Guha Thakurta, Sudha Bali, Madan Puri, Agha, Raja Paranjpe, Sundar, Janki Das, S Nazir etc in it.

This song is sung by Lata. Kaif Irfani is the lyricist. Music is composed by Roshan.
Only the audio of this song is available. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of this song. Lata sang eight songs in it and my guess is that she sang these songs (including this one) for Geeta Bali.
The audio of this song is not very clear and I have not been able to note down the lyrics to my full satisfaction. I request our readers with keener ears to help correct the lyrics/ fill in the gaps, wherever applicable.

Two Bali sisters Hardarshan Kaur (Sudha Bali, Mother of Yogeeta Bali) and her younger sister Harkirtan Kaur (Geeta Bali). The director, Digvijay, is the brother of Geeta Bali.
