“Bichhua” is a jewellery worn by females on their toes. Bichhua makes noise when females wearing them walk. “Kaahe ko mora bichhua baaje re” means “why does my bichhua make noise”.

Thanks for the meaning of the word,
one more doubt, then what is the meaning of “Bichhoo lad gaya,saare badan mein zehar chadh gaya” and “daiyya ri daiyya,chadh gayo paapi bichhuaa”, I thought Bichhuaa means a poisonous insect”(i.e.,scorpion) HELP, I am getting confused, …….

Yes, that bichhua is “scorpion”. So “Bichhua” is scorpion as well as a jewellery.
