“Laal E Yaman” (1933) was the first movie of JBH Wadia that he produced under his banner of Wadia Movietone. The movie had Jaal Khambhata, Karim Jah, Feroz Dastoor, Master Mohammad, Sayani, Nazeer, B Khan, Baman Shroff, Padma, Mohini, Kamla, Mayuri, Miss Leela etc in it.
Three songs from this movie have been discussed in the past. Here is the next song from “Laal e Yaman”(1933). This song gets played twice in the movie and so this song is a multi part song. HFGK lists them as song number 1 and 6 under this movie.
The song is sung by Master Mohammad. Lyricists and music director for this song is not mentioned. Seeing that Master Mohammad was one of the music director (Josef David being the other) and that he also acted in it, it is my guess that this song was composed by Master Mohammad and it was lip synced by he himself as was the trend in those days of actors singing for themselves.
It is also seen that the two songs are quite small songs. First part lasts about 45 seconds and the second song is just over one minute long. This tell us that many of the songs of those early days were nothing more than little snippets just a few seconds in length. That explains how some of those films could have as many as 45 or even 71 songs in them. It would take a while before songs of of about three minutes long became the standard lenth of songs.
I have not been able to get a few words in the lyrics to my satisfaction. I request our readers with keener ears to help fill in the blanks/ suggest corrections wherever applicable.

In the early phase of Hindi talkie films, song writing was a part of dialogue writers. Songs were considered as extension of dialogues. My guess is that songs may have been written by dialogue writer of the film.
As per IMDB sites, this film had two dialogue writers – Munshi Ashik and Munshi Sefta. Probably one of them may have written the song under discussion.
