“Sati Vaishaalini”(1959) aka “Janam Janam Ka Naata” was a mythological movie with a tale from Markandeya Puraan. It was produced by P N Rangeen and directed by Sadhu Singh for Rati chitra, Bombay. The movie had Trilok Kapoor, Sulochana, lalita Pawar, Ratnamala, Krishna Kumari, Niranjan Sharma, Nand Kishore, Tiwari, Shyam, Hari, Krishna Kumar, Roshanlal etc, with Hiralal, Shiela Kashmiri, Savita Chatterji, Jyoti, Niranjan Tiwari and Kamal Kapoor in guest appearances.
This obscure movie had eight equally obscure songs in it.
Here is the first song from the movie to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Rafi. Bharat Vyas is the lyricist. Music is composed by Premnath (different from the actor of the same name).
Only the audio of this song is available. It appears to be a background song cum theme song of the movie. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the picturisation of this song.

I had seen this movie in 60s and remember it had very good songs. Kindly arrange to post other songs too. Some times back, I had put up my request also in Farmaishes.
