“Aaya Toofaan”(1964) was directed by Muhammad Hussain for R M Art Productions, Bombay. This movie had Dara Singh and Helen in lead roles. Others is the movie were Anwar, Maruti, Indira, Jeewan Kala, Padma Rani, Shaam Kumar, Lalita Desai, Champak lala, Tuntun, Habib, Prakash, Shekhar Purohit, Baron Van Hexie, Trilok Singh, King Kong, Ray Appelone, Madhumati, Rani, Aruna, Bela Bose etc.
This movie had six songs in it. Four of these songs have been covered in the blog in the past.
Here is the fiufth song from “Aaya Toofaan”(1964) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Rafi. This song is the title cum theme song of the movie which plays in the background while Dara Singh and Helen are seen braking the toofaan that arrives.
Farooque Kaiser is the lyricist of this song. Music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal.
