“Neel Kamal” (1968) was directed by Ram Maheshwari for Kalpanalok. The movie had Waheeda Rehman, Raj Kumar, Shashikala, Balraj Sahni, Jairaj, Chhaya, Sulochana, David Abraham, Mehmood, Manoj Kumar, Lalita Pawar, Tiwari etc in it.

This song is sung by Rafi. Sahir Ludhianvi is the lyricist. Music is composed by Ravi.
The song is picturised on Raj Kumar and Waheeda Rehman.
The lyrics of this song were sent to me first by Avinash Scrapwala (in 2013) and later by Prakashchandra. I in fact had planned to discuss this song long back as song number 9943 in the blog, but somehow this song managed to remain undiscussed in now.
Better late than never. Here is this dance song from this reincarnation movie. The song is preceded by some Rajkumar dialogues where he tries to remind Waheeda Rehman about their previous births.
