“Aankh Michauli”(1962) was directed by Ravindra Dave for Verma Productions, Bombay. This “social” movie had Mala Sinha, shekhar, S Nazir, Jagdish Raj, Mahendra, Leela Mishra, Baalam, Lal Bahadur, Kusum Thakkar, Jamal, Krishn Sharma, Himmat Dave, Naazi etc in it.
The movie had six songs in it. Four songs from the movie have been covered in the past.
Here is the fifth song from “Aankh Michauli”(1962) to appear in the blog. The song is sung by Lata. Majrooh Sultanpuri is the lyricist. music is composed by Chitragupta.
The song is lip synced by Mala Sinha, who is seen given a stage dance performance accomanied by several other female dancers.
