“Zaalim Jaadugar”(1960) was produced and directed by Sultan for Firdaus Films, Bombay. This fantasy movie had Hercules, Neeta, Rajrani, Shaam, Sujata Kumari, Harbans, Kenny, Leela, Bagla, Maqbool, Begam, Ameer Ahmad, Hameed Majnu, Zippy, Ghulam Hussain, Mansoor, Md Sandow, Moosa, Gopal, Badri Narayan, Shaukat, Saban ali, Om Prakash etc in it.
This movie had five songs in it. One song has been covered in the past.
Here is the second song from “Zaalim Jaadugar”(1960) to appear in the blog. This song is sung by Mubarak Begam and Khursheed Bawra. Shor Niyazi is the lyricist. music is composed by Iqbal.
Only the audio of the song is available. The song sounds like a roadside tamasha song to me. I request our knowledgeable readers to throw light on the movie as well as on the picturisation of the song.
