“Neelimaa”(1975) was produced by Jaffer Hussain and directed by Pushpa Raj for A A N Productions, Bombay. The movie had Zaheeda, Vinod Mehra, Sonia Sahni, Ranjeet, Anjali Kadam, Shahzaad, Nazeer Kashmiri, Rafia Sultana, Sahay, Aarif, Sami, Asgar, Qaiser etc in it. Anwar Hussain, Suresh, and Sunil Dutt made guest appearances in the movie.
This movie, which failed at the box office and ended up as an obscure and forgotten movie had three songs in it. Two songs have been covered so far.

Here is the third and final song from “Neelimaa”(1975) to appear in the blog. It is sung by Asha Bhonsle. Majrooh Sultanpuri is the lyricist. Music is composed by Shankar Jakishan.
In case of earlier two songs, only audio was available. In case of this song, a poor quality video is available. Through the video quality is poor, something is better than nothing. I cannot identify obscure actresses, but my guess is that this song is picturised on Zaheeda who was not only the heroine of the movie but also daughter of the producer. This movie was meant to launch her career but that did not happen.
I request our knowledgeable readers to help identify the actress.
The song begins to grow up on the listener if one listens to it a few times. But very few people got the chance to listen to it when the movie was first released. So this song has end up as a forgotten song.
