Today we introduce the movie “Ham Bhi Kuchh Kam Nahin-1979” on the blog.
I guess that this was an obscure movie of its time. My guess is that this must be a ‘dubbed movie’ from a ‘southern movie’.
“Ham Bhi Kuchh Kam Nahin-1979” was directed by M.S. Gopinath for ‘Golden Eagle Films, Bombay’. It had Krishna, Jaya Chitra, Kavita, Vijay Lalita and others. HFGK Vol-V (1971-1980) mentions only these four names under the cast of this movie.

# Bhoole-Bisre Geet # (A Tribute to Poet/Lyricist ‘Neeraj’)

Today 4th January is the ninety eighth birth anniversary of Poet-Lyricist Gopaldas Saxena whom we know mononymously by the name of ‘Neeraj’.
He was born on 04th January’1925 and passed away on 19th July’2018.
On the occasion of his birth anniversary today as a tribute to him, I am presenting a song from the ‘1974’ movie ‘Aashiaana’.
