“Jab Andhera Hota Hai” was the title of the song that played with the titles of the Sharmila Tagore- Rajesh Khanna starrer “Raja Rani” which released in 1973. This is that song.
Soon after, in 1974, Deepak Bahry directed a movie which was titled “Jab Andhera Hota Hai”; which was a Kailash Chpora production. That film had music by Sapan Chakraborty, & Gulshan Bawra was the lyricist. Asha Bhonsle, Bhupinder Singh & Nitin Mukesh gave their voices to the four songs of the film.

The movie had Vikram, Prema Narayan, Helen, Madan Puri, Jalal Agha, Prem Chopra, Sajjan, Dulari, Naaz, Keshto Mukherjee, Gulshan Bawra (in a special appearance), Chandrashekhar, Kirti Kumar, Indu Mehta, Sabina, Madhup Sharma,Sunaina, Basant Bhatia, Johny, Rajoo, Minoo, Shanti Malik, Anita Guha, Aashi Khanna,Shamim, Seema Kapoor, Marie, Shanta etc in it.
