This song is from an un-released movie ‘Phir Bahaar Aayee’ from the year 1968 as mentioned by sources on internet. Very little information is available about this movie in Geet Kosh though seven songs for this movieare listed there. Movie was produced under the banner of Fazli brothers.The director’s name is not known.
The cast of this movie is not known. However it is known that Kamal Rajasthani was the music director. Out of the seven songs, lyricist’s name for individual two songs is mentioned as Naqsh Lyallpuri and Dr Momin Mohiuddin. Lyricist for the remaining five songs is not known. The singers for this movie are Mohd Rafi, Krishna Kalle, Suman Kalyanpur, and Usha Balsawar. I had earlier shared a song in the voice of Mohd Rafi.

This musical bandwagon i.e. our blog ‘atulsongaday…’ recently clocked the 19500th post and this was also a special post for another reason i.e. it marked the 3400th Rafi song on this blog.
That leads us to think about the Rafi songs that are yet to be presented here. We have a long way to go for that. The total number of Rafi songs for films are 4846 (as mentioned in the statistics page of the blog). So we have another 1446 Rafi songsleft to be covered in the blog provided they are all available for us to savour.
