“Prem Patra” (1962) was produced and directed by Bimal Roy. the movie had Shashi Kapoor, Sadhana, ,Rajendra Nath, Seema Deo, Sudhir, Chand Usmani, Madhvi, Padma Devi, Parveen Chowdhury, Bela Bose, Lakshmi, Hiralal, Sadhana Khote, Kesto Mukherjee, Vishwas Kunte, Sarita Devi, Rajan Verma, Madhuri, Satyendra Kappu, Bina Chowdhury,Bilquis,Kanu Roy, RadheyShyam, Ramachandra Varde, Mukund Bannerjee, Aytoda, Benjamin Gajar, Christine Andre, Gere Wray etc in it.

In Bollywood movies, most songs are on the topic of love. In most of these songs, the singer wants to achievemore than what he/she has got. Rare is the song where the singer is happy with his/ her lot and has no further aspirations on this count.
