Heeralal, Sheela Kashmiri, Savita Chatterjee, Jyoti, Niranjan Tiwari and Kamal Kapoor had made guest appearances in this movie.
Hindi Film Geet Kosh Vol-III (1951-1960) mentions in the foot note of this movie page that this movie was also as known as ‘Janam Janam Ka Naata’ and the story of this movie was based on ‘Maarkandeya Puraan’.
