“Swarg Ki Seedhi”(1935) was directed by A R Kardar for National Movietone, Lahore and it had Khursheed, Khadim, Umrao Zia Begam, Prithviraj, Gyan Singh etc in it.

Yesterday this blog touched the mark of 10, 800 with a rare song that was not available on internet till that time. Earlier in the day, which also happened to be Suraiyya’s death anniversary, two Suraiyya songs were discussed that were not available on internet till then.
