Have you ever felt like a student taking an examination who is unable to recall the correct answers during the examination, only to be able to recall them perfectly well after the exam is over ? well, I am feeling the same way vis a vis Holi songs.
Now that Holi is over in my part of the world, I have been discovering one Holi song after another that I should have posted earlier.
Better late than never. Let me post these songs before I move on to other things.
Here is a very nice Holi song from “Kaamchor”. Sung by Lata and kishore Kumar , this song was picturised on Jaya Prada and Rakesh Roshan. Rajesh Roshan was the music director and Indeewar had written this song.

I don’t think was a masterpiece. But its a good example of his exemplary writing skills not cinematic.
