Maine tujh se kiyaa hai pyaar

I have posted quite a few tonga songs, in which a horse driven tonga is moving along carrying the hero and heroine. And a song commences.
This song is a dark horse among such songs (pun intended). I was not aware of this song, but hearing it once was enough for me to get hooked on this song. What a superbly sung song this is.
This song is written by Asad Bhopali and composed by Usha Khanna. Rafi sings this superb song. Now, Rafi, with his superb singing helped many actors further their acting career, and so it is too bad to note that the hero (Deepak Kumar) and heroine (Farida Jalal) failed to utilise such a great song here. Not that they did not try. it is just that they lacked that something extra that is needed for actors to make the grade.
It is a “new” song for me, and what a find this song is !

It is also a “new” song for me. I have never heard this.
Wow…a song such beauty pictured on side-actors…wow…reminds me of the song “Nain Tumhaare Mazedaar Oh Janaabeaali” from the movie Junglee pictured on Anoop Kumar and Shashikala.
