In Hindi movies, we have teasing songs that are typically sung by male actors. I just realised that if there is a teaser, then there has to a a teased as well. and there are songs sung by teased as well. the teased lady would typically sing a song with words like “chhodo meri kalaayi”, “koi dekh legaa” etc etc.
Here is a “teased” song from a movie called “Rakhi”(1962). This song is in fact a duet so it is a “teasing-teased” song, if one ever decided to classify a song that way. The song is sung by Lata and Mukesh and it is picturised on Waheeda Rehman and Pradeep Kumar.
Rajinder Krishan is the lyricist and Ravi is the music director of this song which I became aware of only just recently.
